Broadcast Yourself

In todays world everyone will give anything just to be able to create a hit music video or any type of video that can get millions of views on Youtube. I mean, who wouldn't want a hit sensation on Youtube and recieve all type of criticism towards how "gay" they are and how hot there Mom must be (that was sarcasm). Of course it was sarcasm. Youtube is just a way for people who barely know how technology runs to get known. But enough about that, let's talk about todays artists. Yes, most artists do use Youtube to become internet sensations, but they also use itunes. Itunes is the internet database for everything music. You can find literally any song. I think that this shows the lack of talent that most artists have in todays world. Anything can somehow become a hit, and most of this music is the dumbest, most senseless music ever. With these new ways of being able to get any music you want to listen to on itunes and youtube it seems that the radio industry will slowly evaporate. Noone will need to listen to the radio if they already have all the music on there ipod and listening to that in the car. The internet is slowly killing off the radio, and it also seems that they will destroy the record companies. People will stop buying music because they will get leaked to the internet and people illegally download them, resulting in the downfall of record companies. Artists now a days should actually start to show some talent, instead of using youtube to recieve all of there views.

Internet sensation, no talent.

  1. I agree with you on the downfall of the Radio. It is such a shame that people always find a way to do things illegally, such as downloading music and that really hurt us in the long run.

  2. Exactly right about internet killing the radio, and itunes is great if you want to spend the money. If there is a shortcut or loop-hole to find, some people will always take the easy way.
